Privacy Policy

Taza World LLC (“Taza,” “we,” “us”) runs tazaai.com. This policy explains what information the website collects, why, and what you can do about it. Taza’s products and client engagements are covered by their own written agreements, and the Wire (brite.taza.org) has its own terms; neither is covered by this policy.

1. What we collect

  • What you give us. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your work email. If you request a Baseline, your name, work email, organisation, role, the company you want read, and anything you add in the notes. If you email us, your message and contact details.
  • Analytics. With your consent where the law requires it, Google Analytics records how the site is used (see section 6).
  • Technical data. Our hosting and delivery providers process your IP address, browser, and device details to deliver the site and keep it secure.

2. How we use it

To reply to you, send the newsletter you asked for, prepare a Baseline you requested, understand which pages are read, and protect the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Legal bases (Europe and the UK)

We rely on your consent for analytics cookies and the newsletter; on steps you asked us to take before a possible contract for Baseline requests; and on our legitimate interests to reply to messages and keep the site secure.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers that run the site: Webflow (hosting and forms), Cloudflare (delivery and security), Google (analytics and fonts), and jsDelivr (scripts). We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If you book a call, Calendly’s own privacy policy applies.

5. Where it is stored

The website is hosted in the United States and delivered through Cloudflare’s global network. If you are outside the US, your information will be processed in the US. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for these transfers.

6. Cookies and analytics

tazaai.com uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) that tell one visit from another. It records the pages viewed, the site you came from, your device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from your network address. We use this only to understand how the site is used, and we keep it for 14 months. We do not use it for advertising.

If you are in Europe, analytics stays off until you accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page; declining deletes the analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Google’s handling of this data is described in its privacy policy.

7. How long we keep it

Analytics data: 14 months. Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe. Baseline requests and emails: for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted, or sooner if you ask.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Email team@tazaai.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. If you are in Europe or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No system is completely secure.

10. Children

The website is meant for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The Effective Date shows the current version.
